This is the whole thing: water and grade fixed, patio and walls built, walkway connected, structure set, beds planted, lawn restored and the lighting run through all of it. It is our favorite kind of project because every element gets to account for the others instead of being retrofitted around them.
Sequencing is what makes it work. Earthwork before hardscape, hardscape before planting, conduit before caps, sod last. Run in that order by one crew, the finished property looks like it was always meant to be that way. Run out of order by three separate contractors, it looks like three separate projects.

No mystery, no surprises — here's exactly how a job runs from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Full-property design consult
We walk the entire property, work out the vision and the budget, and identify the problems that must be solved regardless of style.

Earthwork
Drainage, grading and excavation come first. Everything decorative depends on the water going where it should.
- 03
Hardscape
Patios, walls, steps and walkways go in on compacted base, with sleeves and chases pre-run for lighting and utilities.

Structures and features
Pergolas, fire pits, seat walls, columns and outdoor kitchens get built and anchored into the hardscape.

Softscape and lighting
Beds, plantings, mulch and sod go in last, lighting gets set and aimed at night, and we do a full cleanup and walkthrough.
