Design consult
We walk the whole property, listen to how you want to use it, and identify the problems that have to be solved regardless of style — usually water and grade.
- 02
Plan and phase
We put together a plan and, where budget calls for it, break it into phases that each stand on their own instead of leaving you mid-project.
- 03
Earthwork first
Drainage, grading and excavation happen before anything decorative. Fixing water after the patio is in means taking the patio back out.

Build the hardscape and structures
Patios, walls, steps and structures go in with conduit and sleeves pre-run for lighting and utilities.
- 05
Plant, light and finish
Beds, plantings, sod and lighting go in last, then we do a full cleanup and walk the finished property with you.
