A patio without shade gets used in the morning and the evening and sits empty in between. A pergola fixes that, and a louvered one lets you dial the light in or close it up entirely when a storm rolls through. We install louvered aluminum pergolas, traditional wood and composite pergolas, pavilions, and the prepared pads that manufactured gazebos need.
The part that gets skipped by others is the anchoring. A structure catches serious wind load, so posts need real footings or engineered anchors into a slab thick enough to hold them — planned before the patio is poured or the pavers go down, not drilled in afterward.

No mystery, no surprises — here's exactly how a job runs from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Size and site the structure
We work out the footprint against your furniture and the patio, and check sun angles so the shade lands where you actually sit.
- 02
Plan the anchoring
Footings or anchor points get planned before the hardscape goes in, sized for wind load and local frost depth.
- 03
Prepare the base
The patio or pad gets built with the anchor locations built in, and conduit is sleeved through for lighting, fans or heaters.
- 04
Assemble and set
The structure is assembled, set plumb and square, and anchored down to spec.
- 05
Finish and integrate
We finish the surrounding hardscape tight to the posts and tie in lighting so it looks built-in rather than dropped on.
