Whether you want an instant lawn or a seeded one that costs less, the work underneath is the same: grade it right, prep the soil, and get water on it. We install sod on new builds and full renovations, and seed and straw the areas disturbed by our own hardscape work as part of the job.
Sod gives you a finished lawn the day it goes down and holds a slope immediately. Seed costs less and gives you more grass-type options, but it needs a genuinely committed watering schedule for the first few weeks. We will tell you honestly which one fits your site and your patience.

Our Sod & Seeding process
No mystery, no surprises — here's exactly how a job runs from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Grade and prep
We remove debris, fix low spots that hold water, and grade away from the foundation before any seed or sod touches the ground.
- 02
Soil work
Compacted soil gets loosened and topsoil is added where the existing grade is too poor to root into.
- 03
Install
Sod goes down in staggered, tight seams and gets rolled. Seed goes down with a starter fertilizer and gets straw or blanket cover on slopes.

First watering
We soak it thoroughly before we leave and set your expectation for the first two weeks, which is the part that decides the outcome.

Follow-up
We check back on establishment and address thin spots on seeded areas.
