Heaved and cracked sidewalk panels are a genuine trip hazard and, on a public walk, often a municipal liability. We replace failing panels and pour new front walks, service walks and garage-to-gate connections, matching the width and finish of what is already there when that is what you want.
We pitch walks to shed water sideways instead of holding it in the middle, which is the main reason a panel starts spalling and heaving in the first place. Joints get spaced so the walk cracks at the joint lines, where nobody notices.

Scope the work
We identify which panels need replacing versus the whole run, and check for the root cause — usually a tree root or a low spot holding water.

Removal
Failing panels come out cleanly to the joint lines and the debris leaves the property.

Base and forms
Base gets compacted and forms are set to a cross-pitch so water sheds off the walk instead of ponding on it.

Pour and broom finish
We place, screed, float and broom the surface for traction, then tool the edges clean.

Joints and restoration
Control joints get cut to spacing, we backfill and reseed the edges, and clean up.
